Visitor's Guide

Head to the nearest taxi stand and wait for a taxi to arrive. Please note that all taxis run by meter and there is an additional surcharge for all trips from the airport.

By Train

Changi Airport station is accessible by foot from Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 (If you are at Terminal 1, take the complimentary Skytrain service that connects to Terminal 2 and 3. If you are at Terminal 4, take the complimentary shuttle bus service that connects to Terminal 2.)
Board the train at Changi Airport station and alight at Expo station. At Expo Station, transfer to the Downtown Line (Blue Line). Board the train towards Bukit Panjang and alight at Bencoolen Station (DT21).

From Bencoolen Station, it's a short walk to the hotel.

Bus

From Changi Airport Terminal 1, proceed to the bus terminal at the basement bus bay. Board Bus 36, which operates from the airport.
Stay on the bus for approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes. Alight at the "SMU" bus stop, which is near the Singapore Management University and close to Rendezvous Hotel Singapore.

SG Arrival Card

You can submit the SG Arrival Card via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ or through "MyICA" mobile application that can be downloaded for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Please refer to entry requirements for more information on entering Singapore.
